Refund policy
Under Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February, the consumer has the right to freely withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days after receiving the order, without needing to state a reason.
To exercise this right, you must send an email to: hi@sexshopsexy.com with the order number, full name and identification of the items you wish to return.
Conditions for Return
For the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be intact, unused and in its original sealed packaging;
- The return must be carried out within a maximum period of 14 days after the withdrawal notice;
- The item must be returned in perfect condition and properly packaged for transport;
- The return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a COMPANY error or a defective product.
Exceptions – Non-Refundable Items
For health and hygiene protection reasons, returns are not accepted for the following items if they have been opened or used:
- Lubricants, massage oils or intimate cosmetics;
- Sex toys or intimate use accessories;
- Lingerie or worn clothing items;
- Customised products or items made to the customer's order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hi@sexshopsexy.com.
We will proceed with a replacement or refund at no additional cost. You may be asked to send photographs of the item and its packaging for review.
Refunds
The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the goods and verifying their condition, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
