The website www.sexshopsexy.com (hereinafter referred to as "SITE") is owned by the company Love To Spend Unipessoal Lda., legal entity no. 510322425, with professional address at Apartado 2307 - EC Maximinos, 4701-904 Braga, hereinafter referred to as "COMPANY".

The COMPANY operates this SITE in accordance with applicable Portuguese and European legislation, namely Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February, Decree-Law no. 7/2004, of 7 January, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

The use of the SITE implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  • The purchasing, delivery, return and customer support features;

Warranty

Products benefit from the legal 3-year warranty, when applicable. Intimate use products that have been opened cannot, for hygiene reasons, be exchanged or returned, except in the case of proven manufacturing defects.

Exchanges and Returns

The consumer may return products within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

  • The products are in perfect condition, unused, and in their original sealed packaging;
  • They are not products whose nature excludes return (e.g. used or opened intimate items);
  • The return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of an error by the COMPANY or a defective product.

Right of Free Withdrawal

The consumer may terminate the contract within 14 days. The request must be sent by email and the goods returned in perfect condition.

Exclusions:

  • Sealed items that, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned after opening;
  • Personalised products or products made to the customer's specifications.

Shipping and Deliveries

Orders paid for by 12pm are processed the same day. After processing, the delivery time is 24 to 48 business hours for Mainland Portugal and Peninsular Spain.

For deliveries to the Islands or other countries, please contact us beforehand to confirm timeframes and costs.

Limitation of Liability

The COMPANY does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the SITE and is not liable for technical failures or external interruptions.
