Its operation is simple: it is inserted into the vagina during menstruation and, unlike tampons, it does not absorb the flow but retains it inside until removal. To sterilize, boil the cup for 3 minutes. If it’s your first time, relax: wash your hands, find a comfortable position, press the cup, fold it into a U shape, and insert it as shown in the photo. To remove, clean your hands, be in a comfortable position, pull the stem with two fingers and slowly remove it; then clean the cup with water and mild soap, ready to use again.
