Based on performing Kegel exercises, the Pelvis Health II promotes a sequence of contractions and relaxations that strengthen the pelvic area, enhancing intimate well-being. The ergonomic design, combined with a comfortable extraction system with a durable silicone cord, ensures comfort during use. The connection between the balls in sizes 2-3 is made of flexible silicone, allowing it to adapt to vaginal movement. This model includes three independent trainers for progressive development.
