Deliveries to mainland Portugal and mainland Spain are made within 48 working hours .

Products purchased online can be returned by mail, provided the conditions set out in our refund policy are met.

To proceed with the return, you must contact our customer service to obtain the shipping address.

The return period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. Items must be returned in their original condition , without signs of use or opening , and with all tags and packaging intact.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, excluding return shipping costs, except in cases where the goods are defective or do not meet the requirements.
